Security

Encryption in transit. All traffic between you and CUBRINX is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not transmit data over unencrypted connections.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Where we process personal data on behalf of a Customer, we do so as a processor under a Data Processing Addendum.

We are building toward independent assurance of our security programme. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification in 2027. We will update this page as those milestones are reached. We do not claim certifications we have not yet achieved.

We welcome reports from security researchers and users. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our Website or Services, please email security@cubrinx.com with enough detail for us to reproduce and investigate the issue. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before any public disclosure. We will acknowledge your report promptly and keep you informed of our progress where appropriate.

We rely on a small number of trusted sub-processors (including Stripe and our hosting and infrastructure providers) to deliver the Services. A current list of key sub-processors is available on request from security@cubrinx.com.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals where and as required by the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
