BUILT BY OPERATORS.FOR OPERATORS.
CUBRINX wasn't designed in a strategy deck. It was built inside an active wholesale distribution business — with drivers running real routes and invoices collected in real time.
2 years in last-mile logistics — London routes for major UK carriers
Partnership with a Barcelona distributor serving 500+ restaurants
6-week prototype built on live deliveries, not in a lab
Live: 4× order frequency on credit, €0 bad debt in six weeks
FROM THE
WAREHOUSE FLOOR.
CUBRINX was built by a founder who spent two years inside the operational reality of last-mile logistics — running daily routes for major UK carriers in London, personally managing driver onboarding, route economics, vehicle costs, and the back-office grind that defines this industry.
The product was born from a conversation that became a partnership. Working alongside a Barcelona foodservice distributor serving over 500 restaurants, we saw the same problem repeated across the industry: cash-on-delivery doesn't just slow operations — it puts a ceiling on growth. Distributors who could grow can't, because they have no infrastructure to extend credit safely.
The first version of CUBRINX was prototyped over six weeks inside active deliveries. It is now running live — 4× order frequency on credit, 40% more deliveries per driver. Operator-led from the warehouse out, not engineered from the office in.
FOUR
PRINCIPLES.
Distribution is infrastructure, not a delivery problem.
Wholesale distributors are the circulatory system of urban economies. The tools they run on should match that responsibility — not be retrofitted from retail or consumer apps.
Credit is a growth tool, not a risk.
The distributors who can extend payment terms safely grow faster than those who can't. CUBRINX is built to make that infrastructure available to everyone, not only the largest players.
Drivers are professionals, not gig workers.
The person at the door is the face of the distributor's business. Our tools respect their time and their work — and free them from being part-time cashiers.
Numbers, not narratives.
We measure what we ship, share what we learn, and let the operational data speak. Every claim on this site comes from a live pilot, not a pitch deck.
CUBRINX is a product of GREEN BEE LOGISTICS LIMITED, a UK-registered company headquartered in London with active operations between London and Barcelona.
We are a small team, currently hiring a technical co-founder and our first engineering and operations hires. Every hire to date has worked inside a distribution operation — that is not a coincidence, it is a hiring requirement.
We're building from inside the industry — not above it.
