Product Manager — Platform
You define what we build next across the commercial cycle — from order capture through payment and credit. You spend time with distributors, not only in spreadsheets, and you translate operational pain into shippable product.
What you'll do
- Own roadmap slices for Flow, Pay, and/or Credit with clear success metrics.
- Run discovery with distributors, drivers, and finance teams on live pilots.
- Write crisp specs engineers can implement without ambiguity.
- Measure outcomes after launch (DSO, disputes, adoption) and iterate.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years product management in B2B software, ideally operations or fintech.
- Track record shipping with engineering teams of fewer than 15 people.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Catalan strongly valued for Iberia pilots.
- You have spent time in warehouses, on routes, or with finance ops — not only HQ.
